Location
private hotel "Laguna" is located in one of the most picturesque corners of the western part of Alushta region, 12 km from the city of Yalta on the highway, near the village of Rock.

Holiday ideal for a quiet, comfortable, family vacation. In the 100 meters stretched the old park with lots of southern and exotic plants.

A 5-storey cottage. All rooms with modern comfortable furniture, European style balcony (view to the Black Sea and the Crimean Mountains). Each room provides extra space (a bed, sofa or chair-bed). Rooms with balconies south side, north side - without balconies.

• 2 double rooms (4 floors, with access to its own fenced yard), north side. Room amenities: bathroom (toilet and shower), air conditioning, cable TV, electric kettle, mini-fridge, dishes, floor coverings. In the courtyard flowers, climbing vines, a plastic table and 2 chairs.
• 2 double rooms (5 floor, view of the nearby hotel), north side. Room amenities: bathroom (toilet and shower), air conditioning, cable TV, electric kettle, mini-fridge, dishes, floor coverings. Near exit to the roof, with a panoramic view.

Water
hot and cold water round the clock (independent water supply).

The hotel has a summer bar, where you can taste the Crimean wines, enjoy local cuisine, as well as simply relax, enjoying the beauty of the sea.

Infrastructure
At a private pension is a bar and restaurant (for guests). Customer's service has a common kitchen (microwave oven, elektroplita, large refrigerator, dishes, hot and cold water). Within 100 meters from the boarding house stretches an old park with a large number of southern and exotic plants. Near a parking lot (cost of 30 to 50 UAH per day).
